Case study

Vuse, VELO, McLaren Sponsorship Activation Strategy

Role
Sponsorship strategy, experience platform development, venue logic, and concept direction.
Client
RJR for Vuse and VELO. Year: 2022.

The problem

The McLaren sponsorship already had heat: speed, visibility, cultural energy. What it did not yet have was a clear answer for how to use that equity in the U.S. market. Without that, the program risked becoming a pile of disconnected tactics across very different venues and scales.

The solution

Raemer Studio reframed the brief from "more activation ideas" to "what should this sponsorship actually do." We built an experience platform (the MAOF system) that could behave as hospitality, participation, product interaction, or retail support depending on venue, and scale from full destinations down to compact modules without losing the platform logic.

The result

A developmental study, not a finished installation. The work delivered a usable activation system and a single decision framework for venue-by-venue execution, turning sponsorship equity into something people could actually enter, interact with, and move through.
