SAMSUNG GALAXY S9 INTERACTIVE POP-UP

Client
SAMSUNG

Overview

The project was a modular Samsung Galaxy S9 pop-up environment deployed in high-traffic U.S. malls to let shoppers experience the new device ecosystem hands-on. While working with Barrows NA, the team designed a compact yet immersive pavilion with product galleries, camera and AR demo zones, and an "Upgrade to Galaxy" hero wall that clearly organized phones, accessories, and wearables. The primary objective was to translate the S9 launch story into a clear, premium, and approachable experience that could be installed quickly in diverse mall footprints.

How this project refined our practice

The project strengthened the team's ability to choreograph dense product storytelling within tight footprints, balancing clear merchandising with interactive touchpoints and ADA-compliant circulation. It refined a toolkit for modular kiosks and fixtures that could be adapted to different locations while preserving a consistent brand presence and service flow. It also deepened experience integrating digital content, guided demos, and hardware displays into a single cohesive environment that retail and field teams could operate reliably.
