VUSE MODULAR FESTIVAL ACTIVATION

Client
BAT CANADA

Overview

The project involved redesigning a Vuse-branded shipping container into a modular festival activation that could travel to music and arts events across Canada. The team focused on showcasing updated product features from the Global Brand Team within a compact, self-contained footprint that could be quickly deployed and adapted to different sites. The container was planned as a fully mobile environment, with configurable zones for queuing, product education, sampling, and socializing.

How this project refined our practice

The work strengthened the team's approach to designing modular, container-based experiences that must function reliably across multiple venues, climates, and audience profiles. It refined methods for planning scalable layouts, integrating brand storytelling into highly constrained footprints, and coordinating logistics so that structure, graphics, and operations could be reconfigured without compromising the core experience. These learnings now inform how similar touring activations are structured, from early zoning diagrams through to final build details and deployment playbooks.
